Navadiya group was founded with a vision to create value driven purposeful spaces that transcend bricks & mortar. The journey begin with a multifaceted-approach acquiring residential land and homes, while also taking on custom renovations and improvements.
Successfully delivered the first in-house residential project with the completion of 5 Bostock Drive, Tarneit. Completed the Woods Road development and 31 Livingstone Road, Vermont South.
Acquired, developed, and handed over 25+ residential lots across all projects.
Expanded the development footprint with the acquisition of land for approximately 114 townhouses across Melbourne, in key suburbs including Berwick, Donvale, Truganina. Acquired strategically located childcare development land to diversify project offerings.
Launched Swarna Estate, a landmark community featuring 500+ residential lots.
Completed and delivered 33 luxury townhouses in Parque Donvale and 23 luxury townhouses at 503 Hogans Road.
Proudly stands as Melbourne’s youngest Gujarati developer to achieve a major milestone by entering apartment construction and acquiring land for over 500+ residential lots.
